Never-Fail Pie Crust
Never-Fail Pie Crust is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 1/4 c. flour, sifted, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 tbsp. salt, 1 3/4 c. shortening and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Sift flour, sugar and salt into a large bowl.
Beat the egg and combine with vinegar and water.
Cut shortening into flour. Sprinkle with egg mixture and mix all together.
Gather the dough into a ball.
Wrap in wax paper and chill for about 30 minutes before using.
This dough can be kept in the refrigerator up to 1 week or it may be divided into 4 parts, wrapped separately and frozen.
Makes 4 pie shells or 2 double crusts.
