Never-Fail Chocolate Fudge
Never-Fail Chocolate Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces, 1 small can evaporated milk, 1 pkg. (small) marshmallows and 1/8 lb. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix butter, cream and sugar in heavy saucepan.
Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly.
Continue boiling over medium heat until 234Β°, or makes a soft ball when dropped in cold water. Remove from heat, stir in chocolate, marshmallows and nuts until well blended.
I stir while the pan is in cold water until it starts getting a little thick.
Then I take it out and drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper or foil.
This is usually ready to eat while still hot.
