Neiman Chocolate Chip Cookies
Neiman Chocolate Chip Cookies is an impressive dinner. Made with 4 sticks butter, 2 c. packed brown sugar, 2 tsp. vanilla, 5 c. blended oatmeal and 2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Preheat oven to 375Β°. Cream butter and both sugars.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Combine flour, blended oatmeal (made by processing oatmeal to a fine powder, 2 cups at a time, in a blender), salt, baking powder and soda.
Add chocolate, grated candy bar and nuts.
Roll into balls and place 2-inches apart on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 6 minutes.
Makes about 112 cookies.
