Native American Cranberry Sauce
Native American Cranberry Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. pure maple syrup, 1 tsp. ground ginger, 1/2 c. water and 4 c. fresh cranberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Bring syrup, water and ginger to a boil in heavy 2 1/2-quart saucepan over medium heat.
Stir in cranberries.
Simmer until berries begin to pop, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Turn into bowl and let cool.
Refrigerate.
(Can be prepared 3 days ahead.)
