Napa Valley Chicken
Napa Valley Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 chicken, cut up (bone in and skin on), 2 tsp. paprika, 2 tsp. worcestershire, 1 tbsp. wine vinegar (red) and 1/2 c. vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Place chicken, skin side down, in roasting pan.
In saucepan combine remaining ingredients; heat to boiling.
Pour over chicken. Cover with foil and bake at 375Β° for 1 hour, basting occasionally. Remove cover and turn chicken, skin side up.
Continue baking, uncovered, 1 hour longer, basting every 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve over rice.
