Nana's Lemon Chicken
Nana'S Lemon Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 egg, beaten, 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese, 1 c. italian bread crumbs, cooking oil and 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix cheese and bread crumbs.
Dip cutlets in egg and then bread and cheese mix.
Fry in oil until brown.
Remove chicken from pan and drain oil.
Mix water and flour.
Put in pan and add water, if needed.
Add juice of 1/2 lemon.
Replace cutlets and simmer 15 minutes.
