Sift together flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and baking powder. In a separate bowl, beat oil, sugar and eggs.
Combine both; mix in carrots and nuts.
Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Do not open oven for the 1 hour of baking.
Test with toothpick.
Cool on rack and sprinkle with sifted powdered sugar.
