My Carrot Bars
My Carrot Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. flour, 2 c. sugar, 1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon, 1 tsp. each: baking powder, baking soda and salt and 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Grease a 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan; set aside.
Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Add oil, eggs and carrots.
Beat with an electric mixer until combined.
Stir in nuts.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake in a 350Β° oven about 30 minutes.
Cool in pan on wire rack.
Frost with a cream cheese frosting of choice or merely dust with confectioners sugar.
Store bars, covered, in refrigerator.
