Mustard Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. dry mustard, 1/4 c. vinegar, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 2 tbsp. sugar and 1 egg, slightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine mustard, sugar, vinegar and egg in small saucepan. Blend well and cook over low heat, stirring constantly. Refrigerate 10 to 15 minutes.
Stir in mayonnaise.
Store in refrigerator.
Yield: 3/4 cup.
