Mustard Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. dry mustard, 1/8 tsp. salt, 1 egg, slightly beaten, 2 tbsp. sugar and 1/4 c. cider vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In a small saucepan, combine mustard, sugar and salt.
Add vinegar and egg blending well.
Cook over low heat 2 to 3 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly.
Refrigerate 10 to 15 minutes.
Stir in mayonnaise.
Store in refrigerator.
