Mustard Ring Salad
Mustard Ring Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. gelatin, 1 1/2 tbsp. dry mustard and 1/2 tsp. turmeric, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Beat eggs in top of double boiler.
In another dish, mix thoroughly sugar and gelatin.
Stir in mustard, turmeric and salt. Add water and vinegar to eggs; stir in sugar mixture.
Cook over boiling water until thick, stirring eggs constantly.
Fold in whipped cream.
Turn into a 1 1/2-quart mold or individual molds. Center may be filled with black olives or cole slaw.
Great with ham.
