Mushroom Salad
Mushroom Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. mushrooms, 1 jar sweet cauliflower, 1 jar mild pepper rings, 1 pt. salad olives and 1 can black olives (pitted), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Trim ends of mushrooms and wash quickly.
Cut mushrooms in half.
Place in pan, bring to a boil and blanch for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Drain and combine with remaining ingredients.
