Mushroom Roll-Ups Appetizer
Mushroom Roll-Ups Appetizer is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 large loaves wonder-type white bread, 36 oz. fresh mushrooms, 1 1/2 to 2 sticks butter or margarine, 24 oz. cream cheese and 2 large white onions, finely chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. With a rolling pin, flatten each slice of bread.
Set aside. Melt butter.
Saute onions and mushrooms, salt and pepper.
(I use only a dash of salt and pepper.)
Add cream cheese.
Blend and cook 15 minutes.
Cool and refrigerate if you want to finish making them later.
