Mushroom Rice
Mushroom Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. uncooked rice, 1/2 c. finely chopped green onion and tops, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 tsp. salt and 1 (2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Put rice and mushrooms in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Saute onion in butter until tender.
Add broth and salt; bring to a boil.
Pour over rice; stir well.
Cover and bake at 375Β° for 25 minutes or until tender.
