Mushroom Chicken
Mushroom Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 4 to 8 boneless chicken breasts, 1 jar mushrooms, drained, 2/3 c. cooking sherry, 1 pkg. onion soup mix and margarine, 2 tbsp. for each breast, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Place chicken breasts in a Pyrex baking dish.
Place 2 tablespoons margarine on each breast.
Put mushrooms on top. Sprinkle with dry onion soup mix.
Add the sherry and cover with foil.
Cook in 350Β° oven for 50 minutes.
Time may vary, depending on the size of breasts and individual ovens.
