Mushroom Casserole
Mushroom Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, 8 slices buttered bread, 1/2 c. each chopped celery, onion and green pepper, 1 can mushroom soup and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Saute mushrooms in butter.
Butter 3 slices bread and cut into squares.
Put in large casserole.
Combine onions, celery, peppers, mushrooms, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
Put over bread. Cut 3 more slices of buttered bread and put on top of vegetables. Pour beaten eggs and milk over this and refrigerate for 2 hours. Spoon mushroom soup on top and 2 more slices of buttered bread, cut into small cubes.
Bake at 325Β° for 50 minutes.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake 10 minutes more.
