Mushroom Caps
Mushroom Caps is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 24 mushrooms, stems and caps separated, 1/4 c. onion, 1 tbsp. butter, 2 tbsp. flour and 2 tbsp. white wine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Preheat oven to 350Β°. Chop up mushroom stems.
Add onion and butter and cook until tender.
Stir in flour, wine, water and pepper.
Cook until thick.
Add ham and cheese.
Stuff mushroom caps with this mixture.
Place in shallow baking pan and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
