Crumb flour, butter and sugar.
Take out 1/2 cup of crumbs for topping and add to this 1 teaspoon cinnamon; set aside.
Add eggs, milk, vanilla and sour cream to remainder of crumbs.
Mix by hand. Sprinkle top with crumb mixture.
Bake at 375Β° for about 35 minutes in an 8 or 9-inch square pan.
