Mozzarella Stuffed Mushrooms
Mozzarella Stuffed Mushrooms is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. medium mushrooms (about 24), 4 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1/3 c. finely chopped mozzarella cheese, 1 tbsp. seasoned dried bread crumbs and about 1/4 c. sliced pimento stuffed olives, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
About 30 minutes before serving, preheat broiler if necessary. Remove stems from mushrooms. In skillet, melt butter.
Remove from heat.
Add mushroom caps and gently toss to coat well.
Place mushroom caps, stem side up, in broiling pan.
Broil 3 minutes.
