Mozzarella Pork Chops And Spaghetti is an moderately easy dinner. Heat butter in skillet.
Add chops and brown on both sides. Remove from skillet and keep warm.
Mix onion into fat in skillet and cook until tender.
Stir occasionally.
Mix in tomato sauce, spaghetti sauce mix, water and grated Parmesan-Romano cheese. Return chops to skillet.
Cover and cook over low heat until meat is tender (45 to 55 minutes).
Baste occasionally while cooking. You may want to stir in small amounts of water.
Cook spaghetti or rice (amount you want).
Place in bottom of casserole.
Arrange pork chops on top and pour sauce over.
Top with Mozzarella.
Set under broiler to melt cheese.
