In plastic bag, shake quarters in sugar/cinnamon mix a few at a time.

Layer in buttered Bundt pan.

Bring butter and sugars to a boil and boil a few minutes to thicken.

Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.

Let cool slightly.

Flip onto plate.

Pinch off to eat (hence the name monkey).
