Mom'S Strawberry Pie(Makes 2) is an easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. water, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 5 tbsp. cornstarch, 2 small or 1 large box strawberry jello and 1 qt. strawberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook the water, sugar and cornstarch together until thick and boils.
Then add jello.
Mix well and remove from stove.
Let set until cool.
After mixture is cool, add to sliced strawberries. Pour into 2 baked pie shells and refrigerate.
