Heat milk and oleo.
Beat eggs (save two of the whites).
Mix milk, egg yolks, sugar, flour, vanilla, food coloring and salt; beat egg whites to soft peaks and fold in last.
Bake at 375° for 10 minutes, then 20 minutes at 350° in unbaked 9-inch pastry shell.
