Mom's Crispy Chicken
Mom'S Crispy Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 2 broiler size chickens, milk, salt and pepper, cornflake crumbs and 6 tbsp. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Clean and cut broiler size chickens in halves.
Place in bowl and completely cover with milk for 2 to 3 hours.
Drain, but do not wipe chickens.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Coat with cornflake crumbs.
In heavy frypan, heat oil (very hot).
Brown chicken quickly.
Place on cookie sheet and bake 35 to 50 minutes until tender in 350Β° oven.
Serves 4.
