Molded Chicken Salad
Molded Chicken Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. chicken, cooked and diced, 1 c. celery, chopped, 2 envelopes knox gelatin, 1 can cream of celery soup and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup cold water over low heat, about 4 minutes.
Remove from heat, add undiluted soup, salt, juice, onion and salad dressing (or mayonnaise), beat until smooth.
Chill until it mounds.
Add celery and chicken; mix well and put in loaf pan or mold.
Chill until firm.
Serve with crackers.
