Molasses Cookies
Molasses Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. brown sugar, 1 c. shortening, 2 eggs, beaten, 1/2 c. molasses and 1/2 c. buttermilk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Cream sugar and shortening together, then add eggs and molasses.
Mix spices with flour.
Alternately add flour and buttermilk.
Chill and roll with cookie cutter and place on lightly greased pan.
Bake at 350Β° until done.
Makes approximately 5 dozen, depending cookies.
They keep well and can be frozen.
