Molasses Cake
Molasses Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 eggs, 3 c. flour, 1 c. molasses, 2 c. sugar and 1 box ginger, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix all dry ingredients first, then put the eggs and milk in mixing bowl and stir along with molasses.
Pour this in the dry ingredients; mix like you would biscuits, until it is all thoroughly mixed.
Pinch off a piece of dough and put in about 7 or 8-inch pie pan; roll this on a floured board or your table.
Cut with a biscuit cutter or even something larger for bigger cookies. Bake at 350Β° for about 12 or 13 minutes.
Stick toothpick in the cookies or cake to see if it comes out dry, if so, it's done.
