Moist 'n Crispy Onion Chicken
Moist 'N Crispy Onion Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope dry onion soup, 3/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs, 1 chicken, cut up and 1/2 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Place onion soup mix and bread crumbs in large plastic food bag and shake to blend.
Brush chicken on all sides with mayonnaise.
Place chicken, one piece at a time, in the bag. Close tightly and shake until well coated.
Place chicken on a rack in broiler pan.
Bake at 400Β° for 40 to 50 minutes or until golden brown.
For more onion flavor, use 2 packages of onion soup and reduce bread crumbs to 1/3 cup.
