Mocha Mousse
Mocha Mousse is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. milk, 1 envelope unflavored gelatin, 1/3 c. coffee flavored brandy or kahlua, 1 egg and 1/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In a small saucepan, heat milk and gelatin to boiling point, stirring to dissolve gelatin.
Pour into blender with the exception of the heavy cream.
Process until smooth.
Add heavy cream; process at a low speed until well blended.
Pour into a 1 1/2-quart mold.
Chill until firm.
Serve with coffee brand whipped cream or regular whipped cream.
