Mocha Chocolate Frosting
Mocha Chocolate Frosting is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 3 c. sifted powdered sugar, 10 tbsp. sifted cocoa, 2 egg whites and about 2 tbsp. strong coffee (can use instant), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Cream butter and add 1 cup of powdered sugar and cocoa slowly. Mix well.
Beat egg whites until stiff and add 1 cup of powdered sugar to it gradually.
Add coffee to the butter mixture to help incorporate balance of powdered sugar.
Then add both mixtures together and beat until fluffy and of spreading consistency.
Will frost 1 double layer cake.
