Mocha-Almond Pie
Mocha-Almond Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, 2 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, 1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine or butter, 1 tbsp. instant coffee and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Heat oven to 350°.
Place chocolates, margarine or butter and instant coffee in a large, microwave-safe bowl.
Cook on High (100% power) for 2 minutes, until margarine is melted.
Remove from oven; stir until chocolate is completely melted.
Stir in sugar and corn syrup.
Beat in eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Pour into pie shell; sprinkle with almonds.
Bake in a 350° oven for 45 minutes or until knife inserted 1-inch from the center comes out clean.
Cool on rack.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
