Mixed Vegetable Salad
Mixed Vegetable Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cauliflowerets, 2 c. bite-size pieces broccoli flowerets and stems, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas, 1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing and 1/4 c. plain yogurt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Heat 1-inch salted water (1/2 teaspoon salt to 1 cup water) to boiling.
Add cauliflowerets and broccoli.
Cover and heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Cook 5 minutes.
Drain.
Rinse under running cold water; drain.
Rinse peas under running cold water to separate; drain.
