Mixed Vegetable Casserole

Crush 1 1/2 cups Ritz crackers and mix with 1 stick of melted margarine. Use half of crackers bottom of casserole.
Saute onions and celery in about tablespoon of the melted margarine. Mix ingredients well and pour into casserole.
Top with remaining cracker crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° about 30 minutes or until bubbly hot.
