Mixed Vegetable Casserole
Mixed Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small bag frozen mixed vegetables, 1 small bag frozen small green butter beans, 1 small onion, chopped, 1/2 c. chopped celery and 1 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cook vegetables according to directions.
Combine mayonnaise, celery, cheese and onion in small bowl.
Place vegetables in long cooking dish.
Layer cheese mixture on top of vegetables.
Bake at 350Β° for 1/2 hour, covered with tinfoil.
Remove tinfoil, sprinkle crackers over and drizzle margarine over them.
Return to oven and bake 10 to 15 minutes longer, until golden.
May add water chestnuts if desired.
