Sift flour, sugar and salt into pie plate.
Make a well in middle.
Combine cooking oil and cold milk.
Mix with fork in measuring cup until cloudy.
Pour over flour mixture and mix with fork until blended.
With hands, press into shape, covering rim. Pinch dough into fluting for edging.
Prick bottom and sides. Bake at 400Β° for 12 to 15 minutes.
Can also be used for 1 crust baked pie such as pumpkin.
