Mississippi Mud Cake
Mississippi Mud Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. butter or margarine, 1 c. flaked coconut, 1 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour, 1/3 c. cocoa and 1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Beat butter or margarine until creamy in a large bowl with electric mixer at medium-high speed.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add coconut, sugar, flour, cocoa, vanilla and walnuts.
Don't beat (heavy batter).
Spread batter in greased (9 x 13 x 2-inch) pan.
Bake in preheated 350° oven for 45 minutes.
As soon as cake is taken from oven, spread Marshmallow Crème over hot cake.
Cool for 20 minutes.
