Miss Ruby's Barbecue Sauce
Miss Ruby'S Barbecue Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. vinegar, 1/2 c. catsup, 1/2 c. worcestershire sauce, salt to taste and 2 tbsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cook pork (3 or 4 Boston butts, approximately 3 to 4 pounds or 2 large pork shoulders) until it falls off the bone.
Cut up pork with scissors.
Add sauce.
Cook in medium oven for an hour, turning once until brown on each side.
(I've tried to clean this up a bit since it goes back generations in my family and begins "dig a hole to bury and cook the pig, in the backyard...")
