Mini Meat Loaves
Mini Meat Loaves is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. lean ground beef, 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs, 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese, divided, 2 tbsp. dry milk granules and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Set rack in cookwell.
Preheat 6-quart roaster oven to 350°. Combine beef, bread crumbs, 2 tablespoons of cheese and milk granules in medium mixing bowl.
Add remaining ingredients except for barbecue sauce; stir until well mixed.
Form into 4 loaves. Place loaves on rack.
Brush barbecue sauce evenly over meat. Sprinkle on remaining Parmesan cheese.
Cover.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes (150° to 160° on meat thermometer).
