Mincemeat Spareribs
Mincemeat Spareribs is an easy dinner. Made with 4 lb. pork spareribs, cut in pieces, 1 c. water, 1 1/2 c. mincemeat, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed beef broth and 2 tbsp. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Put ribs, meat side up, in pan. Add water and a little salt. Cover pan with aluminum foil. Bake at 350Β° for 1 1/2 hours. Drain. Combine mincemeat, broth and vinegar.
Pour over ribs.
Bake, uncovered, 30 to 45 minutes. Baste occasionally with juices. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
