Millet Loaf
Millet Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. millet (uncooked), 1 medium onion, chopped, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 1 (14 oz.) can italian tomatoes (undrained) and 1 can tomato soup (undiluted), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown millet and onion in oil (or may omit this step and add to rest of ingredients without oil).
Add enough water to tomatoes and soup to make total of 4 cups.
Mix all ingredients and place in a 2-quart casserole.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
May top with Cheddar cheese if desired.
