Milk Chocolate Frosting
Milk Chocolate Frosting is an easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. evaporated milk, undiluted, 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces, 1 c. marshmallow crème and 1/2 c. butter or oleo, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
To make frosting, combine sugar, milk and butter in a heavy saucepan.
Cook over medium heat until small amount dropped in water forms a soft ball.
Remove from heat; add chocolate pieces and Marshmallow Crème, stirring until melted.
If necessary, add a small amount of milk to spread well.
