Microwave Italian Beef Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 can spaghetti sauce, 1 1/4 c. water, 1 (16 oz.) can cut green beans, drained and 1 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place ground beef in shallow 3 quart microproof casserole; break up with fork.
Cook on High 5 to 7 minutes; drain. Add remaining ingredients, except cheese; mix well. Cover. Cook on High 9 minutes.

Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
