Pop popcorn and put into clean paper grocery bag.

In glass bowl, mix margarine, Karo and brown sugar.

Microwave on High until mixture boils, about 2 minutes.

Continue cooking an additional 2 minutes on High.

Add baking soda; stir well.

Pour mixture over popcorn.

Shake well.

Fold top of bag to close it and place bag in microwave.

Cook in bag for an additional 4 1/2 minutes on High, stopping microwave every minute to shake bag vigorously.

Pour into large bowl to cool.

Stir popcorn in bowl for several minutes or until it is cool enough that it won't stick together.

Cool completely before storing in airtight container.
