Mexican Tortilla Casserole
Mexican Tortilla Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1 pkg. flour tortillas, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup or 2 cans cream of chicken soup or 1 can each, monterey jack cheese, shredded and cheddar cheese, shredded, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Brown ground beef in skillet and pour off fat.
Stir in soups; mix well, then add taco seasoning and mix again.
In a 13 x 9-inch baking pan, put about 1/2 meat mixture and top with tortillas folded in half.
Cover with Monterey Jack cheese.
Add remaining meat mixture.
Add more tortillas and top with Cheddar cheese. Cover with foil.
Bake at 350Β° for about 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and dish is hot.
