Mexican Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tsp. oil, 1 c. rice, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1/4 c. chopped onion and 1/4 chopped green onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Add oil, celery, onion, green pepper, garlic and cumin to 12-inch skillet.

Saute over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until rice is browned.

Remove from heat.

Combine water and bouillon in medium saucepan.

Bring to a boil.

Add to rice mixture; stir in tomato sauce.

Heat just until mixture simmers.

Cover and continue to simmer 20 minutes.

Remove from heat.

Let stand, covered, 10 minutes before serving.
