Mexican Meat Loaf Pie
Mexican Meat Loaf Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1 egg, 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs, 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce and 1 jar chunky salsa, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In large bowl, mix ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce and 1/2 of the salsa.
When thoroughly mixed together, press into 10-inch ungreased pie pan.
Bake in preheated 350Β° oven for 40 minutes.
Remove from oven, leaving oven on. Drain excess grease.
Sprinkle cheese over top of pie and return to oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
Serve by cutting in pie wedges and spooning remaining salsa over top. Serves 4 to 6.
