Mexican Lasagna
Mexican Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 2 pkg. taco seasoning, 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce, 1 can tomato and green chiles, diced and 2 c. cottage cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown ground beef; drain.
Add taco seasoning (both packages). Add tomato sauce and tomato and green chiles.
Mix together in a bowl the Monterey Jack cheese, Cheddar cheese, beaten eggs and cottage cheese.
Layer in a 9 x 13-inch pan: half meat sauce, 3 tortillas, half cheese mixture and layer again.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 45 minutes.
Serve with chopped lettuce and tomato.
