Mexican Hamburgers
Mexican Hamburgers is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. pork, cubed, 1 small can chopped green chilies, tomatoes (fresh), 2 tbsp. oil and 1 small jalapeño pepper, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Brown pork in oil until done.
Add garlic, flours, chopped chilies, jalapeño pepper and canned tomatoes.
Simmer until flavors blend.
Brown hamburger, seasoned with salt, in separate skillet until done.
Serve on flour or corn tortilla with layer of burger meat, layer of pork mixture, lettuce, fresh tomatoes and topped with cheese.
Nacho chips may be substituted.
