Mexican Ground Beef
Mexican Ground Beef is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 1/2 tbsp. all-purpose flour, 1 tbsp. chili powder and 1 tsp. garlic powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cook ground beef and onion in a large skillet until meat is browned, stirring to crumble meat. (I add about 1/2 cup water.
This makes the meat crumble real well.
I then cook the water dry.) Drain.
Add flour and seasonings.
Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Gradually add water.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low and simmer, uncovered, for about 15 minutes.
Can be used for tacos, burritos, taco salad, etc.
