Mexican Fudge
Mexican Fudge is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, 1/2 lb. monterey jack cheese, 3 eggs and 1/2 c. taco sauce (green), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Grate cheese and put 1/2 of it on the bottom of a 7 x 7-inch pan.
Then beat eggs and taco sauce together.
Pour over cheese and add the rest of the cheese on top.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes.
Cut into squares and serve with taco chips.
